Does my hot tub need plumbing/water hook-up?
No. Hot tubs are self-contained and are filled with a garden hose.

How can I drain my hot tub?
Most hot tubs contain a built-in drain or may be siphoned with a garden hose.

Can I use my hot tub year round?
Absolutely! Hot tubs are designed with insulation under the shell as well as an insulated cover. In the warmer months just turn the temperature down for a refreshing dip. 

How much will a hot tub increase my electric bill?
Different factors such as size, usage, hot tub temperature, outdoor temperature and location of hot tub will affect energy costs. 

How much maintenance is involved?
Hot tubs should be drained and refilled 2-3 times per year. Most owners spend 5-10 minutes per week maintaining their spa.

What payment options will you accept? 
We happily accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Amex, Check and Cash. 

What is your warranty? 
We offer a 60 day labor warranty on repairs performed.  Parts  warranties are extended by the manufacturer.  

What is your refund policy?
Returns for parts and accessories may be accepted within 15 days of purchase, minus 25% re-stocking, applicable shipping charges and merchant fees.

         *Electronics are Non-Refundable
         *Spa Covers are Non-Refundable
         *Chemicals and Test Strips are Non-Refundable
